Have owned other sonicare tootbrush for about 12 yrs. and this new one performs up to its stated expectations. All pros, no cons about it. I completely recommend this product.

Works great for a short time
This toothbrush cleaned my teeth very well, but only lasted about 2 months before it broke down. This is the second Sonic toothbrush that only lasted a few months.

bad customer service
Mine broke after 5 months. There’s a big noise when I turned it on and it vibrated more than it should. Then I contacted the customer service.
